A small miracle

I really should update my journals more often...

Thats a miracle in itself but more importantly, I've taken a stab at drawing again, its not brilliant but I think they're DA worthy and they'll be posted once I steal my flatmates scanner. The main problem with my drawing is that after I broke my wrist (two tiny bones - how can it cause so much pain and annoyance?!)I've hated any and all attempts at drawing, completely gave up and focused on my crafts instead - ~foxymitts - but after a summer that involved lugging a bike up and down five flights of stairs (I moved, hurrah!) lots of lab work (I got a placement :dance: and a job from it!) and painting miniatures (40K Tyranids, I'm turning more and more into a geek as I grow older it seems) but it seems my wrist works enough to draw straight(ish) lines!

So expect to see those up soon!

We've just set up a sketch-jamming session in Edinburgh that we'll hopefully run on the first wednesday of every month. Basically it's gonna be a drink n' draw with some good tunes, where people of all levels who enjoy a good doodle can get together. Nothing too structured or stuffy, no bigger picture.
